About Mike McGuire....
Mike joined ActionCOACH almost 5 years ago, starting as one of the first coaches in the region. He became one of the top coaches in the UK achieving recognition through awards from ActionCOACH and his coaching peers. Mike is also a Global trainer for ActionCoach training coaches from around the world as part of Action’s outstanding 11 day training programme in Las Vegas, Nevada. Wanting to take his impact on businesses to a higher level Mike has moved up and taken on the management of the whole of the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, West Berkshire, and Hampshire regions with the aim of making a big impact on the businesses and business community in the region.
Mike came out of a corporate background where he worked for consumer giants Procter& Gamble and Gillette across manufacturing, sales, marketing and General Management. If there is one thing that inspires Mike, it is the desire to transform businesses by transforming the business owner to achieve more, live more and be more in everything they do. This same desire is applied not only to the businesses we have the pleasure of inspiring but also to the coaches that join the team. All our coaches are supported with superb initial training backed up with ongoing training from top class trainers as well as top coaches in the region.
